How We Use Y our Personal Information
Everything we do with your data falls into one of these buckets:
- Running your account and letting you play (obvious one)
- Processing deposits and withdrawals lightning-fast
- Verifying you’re you and over 18 (KYC/AML laws)
- Spotting and stopping fraud, bots, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting
- Sending important updates (balance alerts, policy changes, security warnings)
- Making the site better (which buttons people click, which games crash on Android, etc.)
- Showing you bonuses and offers you might actually like (you can switch this off any time)
- Proving to regulators that we’re doing everything by the book
Cookies and Tracking Technologies Policy
Yes, we use cookies. No, they’re not evil.
What Are Cookies?
Tiny text files that your browser saves so the site remembers you’re logged in, your language, your bet history, etc.
Types of Cookies We Use
- Strictly Necessary – without these the site literally breaks (login, wallet balance, shopping cart)
- Performance / Analytics – Google Analytics and our own tools to see where people drop off
- Functional – remember your preferred language, dark mode, hidden chat, etc.
- Marketing – help us show you relevant banners instead of random junk (you can block these)
Managing Your Cookie Preferences
Click the little shield icon bottom-left → toggle whatever you want. Or just do it in your browser settings — we respect that too.

Data Protection and Security Measures
We treat your data like our own money — locked down tight.
Server Protection and Encryption
- All traffic is forced HTTPS with TLS 1.3
- Wallets and databases are encrypted at rest (AES-256)
- Regular penetration tests and bug-bounty program
- 24/7 monitoring for suspicious activity
Access Control
Only a handful of senior staff can ever see personal data, and even then only when there’s a real reason (e.g., manual KYC review). Everyone else sees anonymised IDs.
International Data Transfers
We’re a global platform, so your data might travel outside your country (usually to secure servers in Europe or Singapore). Whenever it leaves the EU/UK, we use EU-approved Standard Contractual Clauses and extra encryption to keep the same level of protection.

Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
Let’s be crystal clear: we do not sell your personal info. Not now, not ever. Full stop. Nobody’s making money off your email or wallet address except you when you win. We only pass data to a tiny handful of trusted partners, and even then it’s the bare minimum they need to do their job. Every single one of them is bound by strict contracts and gets audited regularly. If they mess up, we drop them immediately.
Payment & Wallet Providers
These are the services that actually move your money – the crypto networks, on-ramp partners (like MoonPay or Banxa), and UPI providers we work with for INR. They only ever see your wallet address, the amount you’re sending or receiving, and the transaction ID – nothing about your bets, bonuses, or chat history.
Analytics Providers
We use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Amplitude to figure out what’s working on the site and what’s broken. Everything is heavily anonymised – IPs get masked, user IDs are hashed, and we never send them your email or wallet address.
KYC & Fraud Prevention
When the law (or common sense) says we have to verify your identity, we send your uploaded documents to trusted specialists like SumSub, Onfido, or Jumio. They check the ID, take a quick look at the selfie, give us a yes/no, and that’s it – the files stay encrypted and locked down afterward. Even our own support team can’t casually open them; access is heavily restricted and logged.
Law Enforcement & Regulators
We only hand over data if there’s a valid court order or official request from the Curacao regulator (or equivalent authority). Even then, we share the absolute minimum required and, whenever possible, we push back on overly broad demands. Your privacy matters more to us than making some official’s life easier.

Your Data Protection Rights
You’ve got serious power over your data:
- Right to see everything we have on you (just ask)
- Right to fix wrong info
- Right to delete your account and most data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Right to download your data in a CSV/JSON file
- Right to say “stop using my data for marketing”
- Right to object or restrict processing
How to use them → shoot an email to [email protected] or open a ticket in “Support → Privacy Request”. We usually reply within 48 hours and finish most requests in under 30 days.
Data Retention Period
We keep stuff only as long as we actually need it:
- Account & transaction data → 7 years (anti-money-laundering laws)
- Chat logs → 6 months
- KYC documents → 5 years after account closure
- Marketing preferences → until you say stop
After that everything is permanently deleted or anonymised so it can’t be traced back to you.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
Crypto moves fast and laws change, so we might update this page from time to time. Every change gets posted here with a new “Last updated” date. If it’s a big change we’ll also send you an email or pop-up.
Contact Information
